Orders take 3–7 days to fulfill before shipping. Estimated shipping times:

Can I exchange or return an item?
Since every piece is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item was mislabeled, send us a hello at HELLO@ZIRAFA.AU within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
